We provide Kuranda beds, blankets, stainless steel dishes, USA made treats, and toys. The only thing owners are responsible for is providing their pets’ food. Please note all pets coming into or leaving the facility are required to be on leash/collar or in a travel safe carrier.
Exotic boarding includes but is not limited to rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, lizards, hamsters, and all other handheld pets. Space is limited, accommodations are made based on availability.

Our facility is equipped with one indoor and five large outdoor areas that are used for group play, potty time, and group activities. Our facility is equipped with one indoor and five large outdoor areas that are used for group play, potty time, and group activities. Each group of dogs is assigned to a kennel attendant that will be providing supervision while the dogs are out of their kennels. All new dogs coming into the facility are required to be evaluated before starting routine daycare. This pre screening requirement ensures we are making the right choices regarding your pets fear, anxiety, and stress levels to best accommodate them. Pet Parent Online Portal and Mobile App
In 2023 we introduced a new computer system with modern updates and new features for owners to enjoy. Current clients that have not made the transition can do so by contacting our office. All clients will have access to an online portal and a pet parent mobile app provided by Gingr. This will allow owners to make request for boarding and daycare services, update account/ personal information, update vet records, and even check availability.

In 2023 we introduced a new training system to insure the skills and knowledge of our staff as we provide the best care possible to your pets. Structured courses take employees from day-one basics to advanced playgroup management, covering safety, body language, behavior intervention, and everything in between. Our staff trains at their own pace, we track the progress, and that way new hire training stays consistent.
